Contract and Ownership

We accept or reject proposed offers at our own discretion. A contractor bond is formed between our company and the seller as soon as we receive your offer. The terms and conditions apply from that point itse

The seller must have all the rights and ownership of the devices and phones being offered for purchase. The seller confirms that they’re fully and legally authorized to own the said device(s), and there isn’t a third party’s ownership involved in bad fault. We maintain no liability if the seller is guilty of identity fraud.

The ownership of devices immediately falls over us as soon as we receive the device with the receipt of payment dispatched in full.

Device Condition Quotas

Each device sold should match the make and model in the sales order and meet the following conditions. All devices are adjudged by how much they meet the below-mention

New-In-box:

  • Fully Functional
  • Should be in New Condition That is, it shouldn’t have any scratches at all. No dents, cracks, chips or engravings.
  • Should sport a Spotless screen Which has no defects, LCD discoloration, depth marks, and most importantly, No pixel damage
  • There shouldn’t be any water damages whatsoever
  • There shouldn’t be any bent or tilt in frame
  • Should never be activated
  • Has to be Completely unused
  • Should show no signs of use
  • There should be original box and accompanying Charger, cords, adapter, earphones, etc.
  • Finally, it should be inside a sealed pack.

Must turn on and off with all the buttons and ports undamaged and working. All features such as Making calls, Wi-Fi, Camera, Video, etc. must work. Operating system must be fully working. Screen and touchscreen must fully work - even if damaged. Battery capacity must be good.

Flawless:

  • Fully functional
  • Should have a thoroughly perfect screen condition, i.e., completely
  • Minor or no scratches and/or dents across the device
  • Shouldn’t have any bent or tilts in frame
  • Only a few and small unnoticeable signs of use are admissible

Must turn on and off, with all the buttons and ports undamaged and working. All features such as Making calls, Wi-Fi, Camera, Video, etc. must work. Operating system must be fully working. Screen and touchscreen must fully work - even if damaged. Battery capacity must be good.

Standard:

  • Fully functional
  • Screen with little scratches that don’t pose any problems or handicaps during normal usage
  • Shouldn’t have any bents or tilts in frame
  • Few cosmetic defects such as light scratches or cracks Only a few, one or two ignorable dents are admissible

Must turn on and off, with all t he buttons and ports undamaged and working. All features such as Making calls, Wi-Fi, Camera, Video, etc. must work. Operating system must be fully functioning. Screen and touchscreen must fully work - even if damaged. Battery capacity must be functional.

Poor:

  • Fully functional
  • A screen with some noticeable scratching can be accepted.
  • A small number of further cosmetic defects, such as scratches and/or dents are allowed as well
  • Has seen better days, aged and weathered with time

Must turn on and off, with all the buttons and ports undamaged and working. All features such as Making calls, Wi-Fi, Camera, Video, etc. must work. Operating system must be fully working. Screen and touchscreen must fully work - even if damaged. Battery capacity must be good.

Faulty or Broken:

It is when the device isn’t working fully and/or to its normal capabilities. This includes damages & malfunctions like:

  • Faulty camera
  • Major screen defect or deformation
  • Faulty touchscreen
  • Battery draining too fast
  • Shattered screen or frame
  • Malfunctioned charging port
  • Bent or tilted body
  • Device not powering on
  • Bluetooth not working
  • Faulty Operating system
  • Unusably Cracked screen
  • Software failure
  • Activation Locked
  • And a few more similar faults fall into this category Should contain the battery Should have its interior intact, or at least not too damaged No crushing, snapping, breaking, burning or severe water damage

We do not accept faulty, broken and completely dead devices for all listed categories.

By selling your device to us, you guarantee your device complies with and fits the criteria mentioned above in one category or the other.

If a device is not passed terms and conditions, we’ll offer adjusted price by phone or e-mail. It is totally up to customers to accept new offer, if you decline, we’re more than happy to return device to your registered address. Our team will wait for 5 business days to close the sales and if customer will not get back to us within 5 business days, we’ll process the payment.

Data Exposure

We strongly suggest the seller to completely and thoroughly expunge their device from all personal data & information. Materials like personal details, linked accounts, text messages, audio files, video files, pictures, documents, applications, cache, etc. need to be removed from the device. A ‘factory reset’ is firmly recommended.

In any case, once the ownership transfers to us with the payment dispatched and receipts received, the seller is relieved of any right to the remnant information on the given devices. We are also free of any liability from any claims whatsoever of losses and damages in regard to data and media stored or contained in any way inside the given device. We hold no responsibility to safeguard any left data. It can and will be expunged and purged at our discretion.

We strongly advise the sellers to delete all sensitive and private data whatsoever before shipping their functional device to us. We suggest cleaning apps and data deletion tools to make sure it can’t be recovered at a future date.

Even if the device is unable to function or start, we suggest a remote cleanup and thorough deletion of all software stored inside.

We hold no liability towards any safekeeping, security, protection, storing, confidentiality, or inoffensive usage of remnant data at future dates once we gain ownership.

Payment

We offer PayPal and Bank Transfer to release the payment into customers account. Select one of the options while placing the order online.

After receiving your order at our premises, we will perform test by following our terms and conditions. If condition matches, we’ll release the payment on provided accounts.

Important: You cannot change the payment method once the order is placed.

We are providing two types of postage services

We are not responsible for non-delivery of phones or damage in transit. We therefore recommend you ship expensive devices via registered post to keep delivery safe.
